Agreement

These terms govern your use of AI Ranker Tool. By creating an account or purchasing a product you accept them.

What the service does

AI Ranker Tool analyses publicly accessible pages on a website you specify, together with publicly available third-party information about the associated brand, and produces an assessment of how machine-readable and discoverable that business is.

The assessment is based on documented criteria that are published on our methodology page. It is an analysis, not a prediction and not a guarantee.

Your responsibilities

You agree that:

• you own the domain you submit, or are authorised by its owner to have it analysed;
• you will not use the service to analyse a site you have no legitimate relationship with in order to harm its operator;
• you will keep your account credentials secure and are responsible for activity under your account;
• you will not attempt to circumvent rate limits, entitlements or access controls.

Crawling

We fetch public pages at a modest rate, identify ourselves in the user agent, and respect robots.txt. We do not attempt to access pages behind authentication, and we do not modify anything on any website.

Purchases and access

One-time products remain available in your account indefinitely, subject to the refund policy. Subscription features are available while the subscription is active.

We may change prices for future purchases. A price change never affects something you have already bought.

Availability

We aim for high availability but do not offer a contractual uptime guarantee on standard plans. Analysis depends on third-party providers, and their unavailability can delay a scan.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We are not liable for business decisions taken on the basis of our analysis, or for the behaviour of any third-party AI system.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time and cancel any subscription from the billing portal. We may suspend an account that breaches these terms or the acceptable use policy.
